First you have to find the area of the rectangle which is 14 cm by 4 cm = 56 cm and then find the area of the semicircle which is 1/2(radius by pi): 0.5(4 by 3.14)= 12.56cm
56 cm+ 12.56 cm =68.560 cm to the nearest hundredth is 68.56 cm
