Answer:

see explanation

Explanation:

A translation of 2 units down, means we subtract 2 from each of the original y- coordinates, while the x- coordinates remain unchanged, that is

L(7, - 1) → L'(7, - 1 - 2) → L'(7, - 3)

M(7, 8) → M'(7, 8 - 2) → M'(7, 6)

N(3, - 2) → N'(3, - 2- 2) → N'(3, - 4)

Answer:

This is simple so let me explain how to do this.

Explanation:

You have to subtract or add to the coordinates due to their translation. If you go up and you're in the bottom right of the graph it will make the y, in the (Y,X) go down because it is currently negative, if you are in the top left and you need to go right it will make the X (Y,X) go up because it is current negative aswell, just be aware of where you are and where you're going.
