Aside from the information given, how can you tell which sculpture is Egyptian and which sculpture is Greek?

Answer:

The major differences between Greek and Egyptian sculpture are that the Greeks manage to cut away as much of the background stone as possible while the Egyptians left it whole. Figures from Egyptian depicted with carved in rigid poses with legs parted as if walking. The Greek Sculpture is known as kouros, depicted a young man with often no clothes on.
