1. Why do you think that colonists came to believe, by the Revolutionary period, that colonial governments should have more control

over life in the colonies than Parliament?

Parliament wasn’t with them they were controlling colonists over another country. Which taxation with out representation as they said was what made them think that it was time to seperate. Their thoughts weren’t listened at all about the government.

Explanation:the colonial government knew just how colonial life worked and the parliament didn't know how life in the colonies worked they were on the other side of the world and they are trying to rule a group of people who doesn't want to be ruled but they want to govern themselves
