Answer: Option (II) and (IV) are correct

Lean system is a standardized method first used in manufacturing industries of Japan, it is used for minimizing waste produced within a manufacturing unit without further sacrificing productivity. The long-run objective of a Lean unit is to maximize customer satisfaction. Output which are in accordance with the forecast and Quick changeovers are not usually part of a lean system.
