We have given that Marion has 4 CARDS

Jack has also 4 cards and Sam has 3 cards

So total number of cards = 4+4+3=11

We can't get 11 by multiplying the digit 4 and 3 because 11 is a prime number and it has only two factor that is 1 and 11

So we can't write any multiplication equation to find total number of cards
