What is another term used to describe probative evidence, or evidence that proves (or helps to prove) that defendants committed the crimes with which they are charged with?

Good evidence is the correct answer.

Evidence is anything that can be used to prove that something took place. In a trial, 'good evidence' is a term used for evidences that prove that the person being accused actually committed the crime with which he or she is being charged with.
