Explanation:

Use FOIL

x * (3x^2) = 3x^3

x * 10x = 10x^2

x * -1 = -x

-6 * 3x^2 = -18x^2

-6 * 10x = -60x

-6 * -1 = 6

3x^3 + 10x^2 - x - 18x^2 -60x + 6

Combine like terms

3x^3

10x^2 - 18x^2 = -8x^2

-x - 60x = -61x
