The t-intercept can be found in many ways, but it mostly depends on what you're starting with.
On a graph, the y-intercept is very simple to find as it is where the line (or lines) cross the y-axis, the vertical line in the middle. This is also where x = 0; so any coordinate pair where x = 0 (0,0) is a y-intercept.
The best equation for finding a y-intercept is using the slope-intercept form, hence the name. y=mx+b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
