Explain the difference among these expressions -x^2 , (- x)^2 and _(- x)^2

If the 2nd and 3rd are same, then the only difference between 1st and 2nd is that the 2nd one becomes positive on solving.

1st→ -x²

2nd→ (-x)² = x²
