Explanation:

miltiply the coefficient of u² and the integer -5 = -70

from basic intuition: factors are -35 and +2

(which when added gives -33 and multiplies to give 70)

14u² -35u +2u -5

7u(2u-5) +1(2u-5)

(7u+1)(2u-5)
