`y=x/1.5` ---->
`y=(2/3)x` -----> equation B

`z=0.50x` -----> equation C

substitute equation B and equation C in equation A and solve for x

`x+(2/3)x+0.50x=260`

Multiply by 6 both sides to remove the fraction

`(6x+4x+3x)=(6)260`

`13x=1,560\\x=120`

Find the value of y

`y=(2/3)x` ----->
