Using two or more complete sentences, describe how you can find a vector parallel to b (-2,3) .

Any vector that points in the same or opposite direction would be parallel. So you can just scale (-2, 3) by any real number t to get the vector (-2t, 3t ).

For example, if t = -1, you get the vector (2, -3); if t = 2, you get (-4, 6).
