the two numbers are consecutive

The two numbers are

x and x + 1

Sum of the numbers = -207

x + (x + 1) = -207

x + x + 1 = -207

2x = -207 - 1

2x = -208

x = -208/2

x = -104

Therefore, the two numbers are x = 104 and x + 1 = 103
