Sub: Complaint against the delivery of the wrong order.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had ordered some readymade clothes for my sister's marriage from your shop dated 25th September, with cash memo no.2345. I received the parcel yesterday containing the wrong clothes with the wrong color as of what I ordered. Unfortunately, the fitting of the products is also very lousy that it couldn't be appreciated at all.

I would urge you to resolve my complain as my sister's marriage is going to be held next week and I need it before that. So, kindly deliver the right product with appropriate colors at your earliest. I have enclosed a copy of the cash memo along with the letter for your convenience. I am looking forward to your reply and request you to resolve this issue at your earliest.
