these students could not finish the 9th grade. How many 9th students
who should not have failed in the 9th grade so that the failing percent

Answer:83.82 so basically 84

Explanation:

3.2% - 2% = 1.2%

1.2% / 100 = 0.012

0.012 x 6985 = 83.82
