Answer: Hello there!

the fraction that we have here is
(56 - 28w)/(8)

first we could divide this into two fractions:

(56 -28w)/(8) = (56)/(8) -(28w)/(8)

there we alredy written the fraction as a difference, but we could simplify it a bit more.

56/8 = 7 and 28w/8 = 7w/2, then the fraction can be represented as:

(56)/(8)  - (28w)/(8) = 7 - (7w)/(2) = 7(1 - (w)/(2) )
