Explanation:

The set of letters from which we have to draw is:

E, N, G, L, I, S, H

And vowels i.e A, E, I, O, U

But we have E and I in ENGLISH, so we are left with three vowels : A, O, U

So, total letters are :

E, N, G, L, I, S, H, A, O, U

Total letters are 10.

Hence, the probability of picking one tile with one letter out of 26 is :


(10)/(26)= (5)/(13)

Option A is the answer.
