Use “cut and copy command” to move files or folders between the drive. Drag option can be used but the source drive location and destination drive location should be opened so that, it will be easy to navigate files between the drives.

Ctrl + M is not a valid command in this context. Ctrl + M helps to index a content in the word file. Dragging with right mouse click is not valid because at a time only one of the operation in the mouse is possible.
