I believe you have to use the general form to find that out. So set up the equation like this. (X^2 -6x +Y^2 -2y +9=0) then put the nine to the other side to get the equation =to -9. Then use (B/2)^2 and add everything to both sides. After that you find the perfects squares and then see if that point lies there
