y intercept = 4

Explanation:

For the x intercept...y = 0...where the equation would be...x + 4(0) = 16..hence giving us the x intercept as... x = 16

For the y intercept...x = 0...where if we substitute x = 0 into our equation...the equation would be....0 + 4y = 16..hence giving us..., 4y = 16...divide both sides by 4...y = 4
