For this case we must indicate the graph corresponding to the following equation:

y-4 = 3 (x + 1)

We found the cut points:

X axis: We do
y = 0

0-4 = 3 (x + 1)\\-4 = 3x + 3\\-4-3 = 3x\\-7 = 3x\\x = - \frac {7} {3}

Y axis: We make
x = 0

y-4 = 3 (0 + 1)\\y-4 = 3 (1)\\y-4 = 3\\y = 3 + 4\\y = 7

The graph is shown in the attached figure.
