Change which occur during the aging process of a men are known as andropause.These changes occur very gradually. Main changes occurs in the testes. Testosterone levels begin to decrease gradually. The mass of testicular tissue also decreases. When there is decrease in the testosterone levels there is a decrease in sex drive.Blood circulation to the penis also decreases.
