\bf \begin{array}{ccll} \stackrel{apples}{lbs}&\$\\ \cline{1-2} 32&125\\ x&26 \end{array}\implies \cfrac{32}{x}=\cfrac{125}{26}\implies 832=125x \\\\\\ \cfrac{832}{125}=x\implies 6.656=x

Divide the total cost by the weight bought to get cost per pound:

$125 / 32 pounds = $3.906 per pound

Now divide the amount you want to spend by the price per pound:

$26 / $3.906 = 6.656 pounds.
