There are 11 animals in the barnyard with a total of 32 legs. Some are cows and some are ducks.

How many of each animal are there?

5 cows and 6 ducks because since they are 11 animals and a total of 32 legs we need to solve for how many per legs which is 5x 4 = 20 legs and 6 x 2 = 12 legs summing them up gives 32 legs in total
