Explanation:

The domain of a function is the X values so that means that for this function there will be 6 points. To get these points we will plug each different domain value into the function as X and get what y is and that will be one point. The first domain is 0, plug that in as X

Y=0+5 and Y is 5 meaning our first point is (0,5)

After doing that for the rest of the domain values the points are

(2,7)

(4,9)

(6,11)

(8,13)

(10,15) Take those 6 points and plot them on the graph, draw a line through the points and you'll have your function
