Explanation:

Commutative property of addition states that no matter the order of the terms in the equation, the value will always be the same.

i.e. 4 + 19 = 23; 19 + 4 = 23. Although the 19 and the 4 have been switched around, the sum will always be 23, so we can conclude that 4 +19 = 19 + 4
