One of the most obvious examples would be the supreme leader of North Korea Kim Jong-un, a dictator much like Stalin and Lenin, starving his own people. I don’t know how long of an answer is expected but you can try expanding these ideas

One of the most glaring instances would be Kim Jong-un, the supreme leader of North Korea, a tyrant akin to Stalin and Lenin who starves his own people, imprisons them, and then executes them while falsely accusing foreigners of being an "enemy" with hidden objectives.
