Explanation:

1. On a TI-84 calculator, select STAT, and then press "Edit" under the EDIT section

2. Put in your x and y values from the table

3. Select STAT again, move to the CALC section, and select QuadReg

4. Press "Calculate"

5. Your quadratic regression is done!

If you do all these steps correctly, you should get the answer I posted above. Note that only coefficients a, b, and c show up, not the full equation.
