firstly, -3/12 is not in the simpliest form so we have to simplified it:

-3/12 / 3 = -1/4, now we got:

= (-6*(-1/4)*-4*5) / 10

The upper part of the equation: (-6*(-1/4)*-4*5) can be simplified as:

((-6*-1*-4*5) / 4) / 10

= (-120/4)/10

= -30 / 10

= -3
