HELP ASAP

If you work out for longer than one hour, choose ___ over ___

A.) A sports drink; water
B.) Milk; a sports drink
C.) Soda; water
D.) Water; a sports drink

Note: I’m leaning towards A because I heard that you need like extra calories or something after you workout and that’s found in a sports drink, but someone else said milk. If you think it’s milk, then please explain. Thanks!

D.) definitely a sports drink has way more sugar than water (except water does not have sugar)
