If you steal a cat. How long would you spend in prison and how much of a fine would you pay?

What if someone neutered it will it be a longer time in prison or a larger fine?

If you steal a cat, you could serve up to 4 years in jail. It is the same if you stole someone's car because it isn't your belonging. If you were to neuter the cat, the judge would decide if you should get more time. Therefore, do NOT steal cats!
