\bf h(x)=√(x^2+x+3)\implies h(x+2)=√((x+2)^2+(x+2)+3) \\\\\\ h(x+2)=\sqrt{\stackrel{FOIL}{(x^2+2x+4)}+x+2+3}\implies h(x+2)=√(x^2+3x=9)
