If two cards are drawn without replacement from a deck, find the probability that the second card is red, given that the first card was a heart.

A full deck has 52 cards.

Half the cards are red, so 52/2 = 26 cards are red.

Hearts and diamonds are red.

Since the first card that was picked was hearts ( red), that means that there would be 25 red cards left and 51 total cards.

The probability the second card is red would be 25/51
