Answer:

I AM NOT GIVING YOU THE ANSWER I'M JUST HELPING YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!

Explanation:

(-9,4) is the end point right. So if you count how many units are in between (-9,4) and (2,-1) yo would use that same number to count the rest of the way up since it is the halfway point

Answer:

(13, -6)

Explanation:

Since, the coordinates of a midpoint of a line joining the points
(x_1,y_1) and
(x_2, y_2) is,

((x_1+x_2)/(2), (y_1+y_2)/(2))

Here,

x_1=-9\text{ and }y_1=4

Also,

(x_1+x_2)/(2)=2

(-9+x_2)/(2)=2

-9+x_2=4

\implies x_2=13

(y_1+y_2)/(2)=-1

(4+y_2)/(2)=-1

4+y_2=-2

\implies y_2=-6

Hence, the coordinates of point M are, (13, -6)
