it could be both. The world revolves around social media everyone has it its very useful for communication to others. the negatives are that some people take being anonymous to others as an advantage they make fun of people they bully thats what you would call a cyberbully.

It’s both!!! It was supposed to be created as a positive site , but social media is one of the main causes of cyber bullying, suiside !!!
