Weight of each chair = 11 lb 9 oz = 11-9/16 lb = 11.5625 lb

Weight of 2 chairs = 2 x 11.5625 = 23.125 lb

Difference in weight between 2 chairs and one table

= 23.125 - 19.25

= 3.875 lb
