Subtract transportation from the total amount he has:

550 - 26 = 524 ( amount he can spend)

Divide that by the number of stores:

524 / 4 = 131

So he can spend up to 131 in each store.

This means m needs to be less than or equal to 131.

The answer would be c. m ≤ 131
