Explanation:

First substitute into the point-slope form:

y - y1 = m(x - x1):

y - 3 = (-4/3)(x - -3)

y - 3 = (-4/3)(x + 3)

y - 3 = -4/3 x - 4

y = -4/3 x - 4 + 3

y = -4/3x - 1 Multiply through be 3:

3y = -4x - 3

4x + 3y = -3 (answer).
