Point slop form: y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y-3=-4/3(x+3)

y-3=(-4/3)x+(-4/3)(3)

y-3=(-4/3)x-4

y+(4/3)x=-4+3

(4/3)x+y=-1

(4/3)x(3)+y(3)=-1(3)

4x+3y=-3
