Concept: Functions
In order to be a function, the values must satisfy the qualities stated below.
No element in the domain and range of x corresponds to more than one representative value: ie x=2 and y= 8 but it cannot be that x=4 also.
No element in the range can represent multiple values
Hence we see in the chart that each x represent to a unique y and vise versa.
