Explanation:

The formula to find the answer is y=mx+b where y is how far up, m is how far along, x is the slope, and b is the value of y when x=0. To find b you see where the line crosses the y-axis which is 2 so so far the equation is y=mx+2. To find m you have to find the change is y over the change in x so the change in y is 2 and the change in x is 1 1/2. So the formula is now y=2 over 1 1/2 x+2. You can add any number as x and find the matching number for y.
