Answer: If you are stuck in line at 5:45 and the order has to be delivered by 6:00, then you will be unable to meet the delivery deadline. Since you are late, you will need to contact the customer or your supervisor to let them know that you are running late. You should then let the customer or supervisor know an ETA, so the customer can plan accordingly.
