Explanation:

For a set of ordered pairs to be a function, no x value can have two different y values.

In the three functiosn above, every x value has one and only one y value corresponds with it.

((0,3),(4,2),(-1,7),(0,3)) Is still a function because when x is zero, there is only one y value that corresponds with it, which is 3.
