Some exercise's children of 25 year's old can achieve would be going to a local park and playing with other kids around their age, also simply just running around in the backyard with siblings. Also going on a walk with their parents, maybe to walk their dog if they have one. Children aged 6 to 7 years can participate in sports like soccer, or kickball. They can also go to the park as well they will most likely get more exercise at the park than the lower aged group because their bodies are more built for the park because they are older.
