time = (distance)/(speed)


(1400)/(x) =(1000)/((x + 50)) + 3


1400(x + 50) = 1000x + 3(x^2 + 50x)


3x^2 - 250x - 70000 = 0

x = 200 km/h

hence

speed of B = 250km/h
