g(x)= -1/2x^2

By graphing, determine where f(x) = g(x).

The answer is x=-2 and x=4

Explanation:

Mergin the two functions, you will have this

Wichh shows you that the 2 graph intersect when x=2 and x=4

It is more straight to solve the equation


(-x^(2) )/(2) = -x-4
