and,

chance of not getting 4 (N) is

probability of getting 4 on first, second and third time and not on the forth time is

(1)/(6) * (1)/(6) * (1)/(6) * (5)/(6)

=
(5)/(1296)

so the probability comes out to be
(5)/(1296)
