The first one.

Explanation:

when it's an inverse, all you do is switch the x and y.

*once the equation is x = (1/9)y - 2 you just isolate y by adding 2 to both sides leaving (1/9)y = 2 + x

**Then multiplying by 9 to rid of the 1/9 giving you y = 18 + 9x, or 9x+18

That's it. :)
