Answer:

Current = 0.889 A

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

rms Voltage ,
V_(rms) = 220 V

resistance, R = 350 Ω

We know current across resistance

I_(R)=(V)/(R)

where
I_(R) is current across voltage

R is resistance

V is voltage

From relation between rms volatge,
V_(rms) and source voltage, V

V = √(2).V_(rms)

V = √(2)* 220

V = 311.2 volt

Therefore substituting 311.12 volt and 350 Ω for voltage and resistance respectively in the current across resistance equation, we get

I_(R)=(V)/(R)

I_(R)=(311.12)/(350)

I_(R)= 0.889 A

Therefore, amplitude of current across resistance is 0.889 A
